The knowledge cycle is divided into 7 steps:
  • a) Know how to locate information relevant to a particular project.
  • b) Learn to exploit this information to generate a better service.
  • c) Ability to apply knowledge correctly.
  • d) By the application of such knowledge, the ability to learn and thus create new knowledge.
  • e) Know how to record all documentacióny useful content of a project.
  • f) As a central point to share and distribute knowledge among the members of the organization.
