 Meeting Management

Manage your meetings will help the success of your projects!

To understand the need for a good tool to help manage the meetings, think of the most common problem situations with which we can find:
  • People with decision capabilities that have not been called to meetings or could not attend due to some reason. Many times we noted that the meetings should take important decisions, however, key people in the organization that should be taken have not attended the meeting.
  • Persons attending the meeting but n or know very well why they have been called . Moreover, they ignore the order IAWD discussed at the meeting.
  • Meetings that even knowing the item deviate from its original purpose and end up being a succession of ideas, comments or complaints regarding problems you are n emerging in the project.
  • Meetings ending but that the members of the same not know exactly what tasks must be performed or which are precisely the agreements that have been taken.
  • Meetings where not made a record of the meeting (with the agreements reached).
  • Meetings that stretch in time out too much.
  • Meetings where we note that the points in the decision have already been considered before (in a previous meeting.) Therefore, repeating the contents to be discussed at the meetings because they do not take the decisions.
It is vital to be able to adequately manage the meetings they attended on the project. Tacnetting offers a simple way to know exactly all the meetings that were held for a particular project, the participants of the meetings and agreements that have been taken. Similarly tacnetting allows us to have a repository of all minutes of meetings.
Tacnetting allows you to manage, every time, all meetings taking place in the organization, as designated by individual projects and centralize the documentation to allow initial and final actions to be taken as a result of that meeting. The steps are as follows:
  • Preparation of the meeting.
  • Selection of participants. Invitation
  • management participants and confirmation of the participants (call flow of the meeting).
  • Home of the meeting, establishing ground rules, time management and preparation of the record. Shipping
  • minutes of the meeting.
  • Generation of specific tasks for each of the participants of the meeting.
  • monitoring development of the tasks resulting from the agreements reached.
